- Prepare 1 Litre of Amul Full cream milk.
- Take 2 tbsp of white vinegar.
- Get 2 tbsp of Sugar.
- Prepare 50 gms of Dark Chocolate.

- In a thick bottom pan, heat your milk and keep stirring.
- Heat until the boil comes, as soon as it boils, add 1tbsp vinegar and after the curd starts forming, add another 1 tbsp vinegar to form a proper "Chhena". Strain for 15-20 minutes..

- Now make round-flat shape (with your greased hands) like a Sondesh mithai and refrigerate it for 1 hour, the dark Chocolate will stiffen the sondesh a bit, yet leaving the smooth texture.
